Electrodes on the VS20 AC static eliminating bars are capacitively coupled, ensuring that they are free from sparks and completely safe from electrical shocks. These devices are capable of effectively neutralising static charges at speeds of up to 300 m/min, making them suitable for addressing static issues in fast-moving objects to maintain standardisation like plastic films, paper, textiles, non-wovens, and similar non-conductive objects.

Powered by the Valstat HV AC power source, the VS20 bars generate ions of both polarities, ensuring that positive and negative charges on the object are effectively neutralised in most light-duty industrial applications.

Additionally, air-assist devices can be used to efficiently eliminate static charges from plastic components in industries such as automotive and white goods manufacturing.
