Valstat anti-static ionising air knives

The Valstat air knife provides a high velocity blanket of ionised air, to neutralise static charges and blow away dust particles from the moving objects, as they are conveyed into the process area. The parts are thus clean and free of static charges, as they enter the paint or surface finish booth. This assures quality and minimise rejects and rework. ATEX certified AC static eliminating bars are used where the environment is hazardous and laden with solvent vapours.

A separate high pressure centrifugal blower, including necessary pipes and fittings, can optionally be supplied along with system.
