Valstat CS12 blower-based static eliminator / ionising air blower – dust and static control for large parts

The CS12 ionising air blower is a combination of a single-phase centrifugal blower and static eliminating electrodes. Ambient air, drawn from either side of the centrifugal blower, passes over the ionising electrodes in the CS12. The output is a blast of high velocity ionised air that simultaneously eliminates static charges and blows off dust from the target. The CS12 is thus an effective tool for blow-off cleaning applications, for removing dust and debris from large plastic and other parts. Under ideal conditions, the target can be as far as 1000 mm.

A Valstat HV AC power source is used to power the static eliminating electrodes on the Valstat CS12, and 230 V/AC/50 Hz supply given to the motor of the centrifugal fan.
