Valstat VC electrostatic charging system – industrial electrostatic charging generators and bars

Static charges normally hamper productivity across industries, but there are applications where electrostatic forces can be harnessed to improve critical processes.

Valstat VC series electrostatic charging electrodes used with Valstat PC series HV DC generators of either polarity provide a compact, sturdy and efficient system for generating electrostatic charges. The charges are used to enhance production by creating a temporary bond or attraction between two or more materials — one of them being an electrical insulator.

Static charging electrodes are available in two variants; point static chargers and linear static charging bars. Both are supplied with high voltage cable enclosed in a flexible conduit.
