Valstat VR20X ATEX certified AC static eliminators

These are ATEX certified static eliminating bars, for use in classified hazardous locations such as in solvent-based coating, printing, painting, etc. applications. Capable of neutralizing static charges at very high speeds, they are ideal for addressing static charge issues on fast moving plastic films, paper, textiles, non-woven, and more.

Powered by PS60C HV AC power sources, located outside the hazardous environment, VR20X bars produce ions of both positive and negative polarities, effectively neutralising charges on moving targets.

When paired with air knives, long-range static charge elimination with efficient blow-off cleaning is achieved. This is beneficial for cleaning components, in classified hazardous environments before they enter the paint shop on various conveyor lines, including in the automotive and white goods industries.
