Valstat non-contact web cleaners

The Valstat web cleaner is a combination of a web cleaning station (WCS) and an air flow unit (AFU). The WCS is meticulously designed to disrupt the boundary layer of air that accompanies swiftly moving webs.

Subsequently, vacuum suction is employed to efficiently extract loose dust and fibers. The AFU manages the air supply to and from the WCS. Housed within a compact, floor-mounted mild steel enclosure, the AFU incorporates a high-pressure motorised blower equipped with a VFD and adjustable dampers to regulate air flow. Additionally, it features an easily detachable filter assembly designed to strain out dust particles and ensure the outlet air remains clean.
